Tomasz- Are you very sure that you're introducing that configuration in the correct place? I don't think the XmlUsersFileModule is configured with Spring, and it's not a filter. I would remove that invalid bean configuration, and try using the instructions at: https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/ISLANDORA/Islandora+Guide#IslandoraGuide-%26nbsp%3B%26nbsp%3B%26nbsp%3Bb.IfusingFeSLAuthentication
