Sorry folks,

I should have gone through this log with a fine tooth comb before coming to the
list. Turns out it is a problem with the enabling the messaging service and
trying to get it to work with Islandora microservices
(https://github.com/Islandora/islandora_microservices).

ERROR 2011-11-02 12:36:52.081 [main] (Server) Module
(org.fcrepo.server.messaging.Messaging) failed to initialize
org.fcrepo.server.errors.ModuleInitializationException: Could not create
Transport. Reason: java.io.IOException: Failed to bind to server socket:
tcp://localhost:61616 due to: java.net.BindException: Address already in use

Turning off messaging in fedora.fcfg solved the 500 internal service error
issue.

Now on to solving this "other" problem.

thanks!
