Serhiy- You have good timing: I'm working on a fix for https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/FCREPO-944, and it will likely address your problem as well. If you're running 3.5 and you're brave, you could try running a build from the issue branch at https://github.com/fcrepo/fcrepo/tree/fcrepo-944.
