Stored as files in the file system:
fedora/data/objectStore
fedora/data/datastreamStore

You can search:
http://yourhost:8080/fedora/objects

But generally you need to develop front end or make calls from other
systems to utilize power of Fedora. Fedora is not out of the box
solution but rather underlying architecture.
