Ok, solved:

sorry, but I didn't found any documentation for gsearch 2.3.

So I did following:
<!--<module role="org.fcrepo.server.storage.DOManager"
class="org.fcrepo.server.storage.DefaultDOManager"\
 >-->
   <module role="org.fcrepo.server.storage.DOManager"
class="org.fcrepo.server.storage.GSearchDOManager">

(its written in the old documenation, that you have to change the
class of the fedora.server.storage.DOManager module to
fedora.server.storage.GSearchDOManager, seems that the name changed to
org.fcrepo )
