There's no clean seamless API to link Fedora to Google Docs.  However, 
you could set up the Fedora messaging feature to have Fedora send a 
message to an outside process every time a datastream is added;  this 
outside process could then examine the datastream, and upload it to 
Google via a Google Doc API.
