Within fcrepo-3.6 I found the following behaviour: The parameters "adminEmailList" and "fedoraServerHost" set in fedora.fcfg before first deploying fedora to an existingTomcat, but they weren't honored in CATALINA_HOME/webapps/fedora/WEB-INF/applicationContext.xml -- there the old defaults are still found.
This causes fedora/describe to display wrong values.
