Hello, The xml schema for batchModify directives at http://www.fedora-commons.org/definitions/1/0/api/batchModify.xsd is unavailable. As a result, my batchModify.xml files are not processed. When I try to run them in the Fedora client (yes, the old-fashioned one) I get messages like <modify-batch> <parserError> URI=null Line=2: cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'batchModify'. </parserError> <summary> 0 modify directives successfully processed. Parser error encountered. An unknown number of modify directives were not processed. Time elapsed: 41 seconds </summary> </modify-batch>
Btw, what is the future for batchModify? Will it be upgraded to use the new rest API? Will it be available in the web client? I use batchModify a lot and would hate to see it dead and forgotten. thanks, Egbert Gramsbergen. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rapidly troubleshoot problems before they affect your business.
