Broken bind (Re: rawhide report: 20060321 changes)

I am very sorry about this.
It appears a typo in the /etc/rc.d/init.d/named initscript that
could cause /etc/named.caching-nameserver to be used when /etc/named.conf 
exists was mistakenly checked into CVS, and was not the version I was testing
with :-(
A new bind-9.3.2-12.{FC5,FC6} is now being built and pushed to updates ASAP.
