Err, uhm...I'd rather not see bugzilla overloaded with this sort of notification. But I would LOVE to see this integrated as notification information into the Fedora Community portal concept. I know a lot of us rely on bugzilla as the mainstay to a lot of our workflow...everything is a nail when all you have is a hammer.
