What about RFC 2829?

A server doesn't have to implement RFC 2829 to be LDAPv3 compliant.

Anyway, FDS implements almost all of those, like Start TLS, X.509 certificate authentication, and SASL. I am guessing that the DIGEST-MD5 authentication method is not supported, but I'm not certain.
