[Fedora-directory-users] Legacy Replication Plugin

In section 2.10 of the FAQ, there is a Legacy Replication Plug-in mentioned for 4.x Netscape DS.  What isn't mentioned, is where this plugin can be had, or how to configure it.  Where can I find the plugin and associated documentation?
