I'm not sure I follow, are you trying to right click on an entry then,
"Manage Password Policy"->"For user" and is it the "save" button that's
greyed out?
If so, have you enabled the fine-grained password policy? This is set in
the GUI under the "Configuration" tab under the "Password" tab for the
"Data" object in the tree.

so, i try to install jdk1.7.0(IcedTea) or jdk1.6.0_10 or jdk1.6.0_05 or
jdk1.5.0_15
but, it's same on jdk1.7.0(IcedTea) or jdk1.6.0_10 or jdk1.6.0_05
OS: fedora6(DELL PowerEdge440) or fedora8(DELL PowerEdge840)
both is same problem.
