However, now that I think of it, users requested several times that we do a
very similar thing for Arial (use Arial Unicode to extend Arial, transform
Arial Narrow and Arial Black in proper sub-styles of Arial), and this should be
included in fontconfig's default rules since the fonts themselves are user (not
distro) installed
