Summary: Use upstream tarball and make modifications during the build https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=527214 Summary: Use upstream tarball and make modifications during the build Product: Fedora Version: rawhide Platform: All OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: medium Priority: low Component: sazanami-fonts AssignedTo: [email protected] ReportedBy: [email protected] QAContact: [email protected] CC: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] Classification: Fedora Target Release: --- Created an attachment (id=363657) --> (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=363657) alternative approach that self-documents our changes As described in rhbz#461617 we have a modified sazanami-fonts tarball that differs from the original. Apparently to change the 0x7E6B glyph in the Gothic and Mincho fonts according to rhbz##196433 Attached is a suggestion to use the original tarball and modify it during the build to swap in the two desired replacement glyphs using the ttx tool from fontutils. I don't have strong feelings about this one way or the other, but I feel this might be a rather "neater" and self-documenting mechanism to solving the original problem ? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug. _______________________________________________ Fedora-fonts-bugs-list mailing list [email protected] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-fonts-bugs-list
