you are lacking Feature Pages, and are therefore not yet approved by
Release Engineering to be composed for the Beta.
Create your feature pages and drop a note on both the fedora-spins
mailing list, as well as the fedora-advisory-board for trademark
approval, after which you can continue to move to the rel-eng mailing
list at lists.fedoraproject.org to get your final approval.
Most appropriate would be to do so in advance of the Beta Feature
Freeze, coming up August 19th.
