Hmmm... All linux distros come with wvdial as default. Just type wvdial on the 
terminal screen. If its still not available then you might have to download it 
off the internet and compile it.

How to run rpm -Uvh on an RPM that is on the Net repository if there
is no wvdial in the first hand to connect to the Net for machines with
datacards or dialups?
