--- This patch is for the fedora-web repo, but I wanted to get opinions on whether it was desirable or not. In looking at the documentation for creating a new hosted project, I wonder whether it is obvious to users that they can get a mailing list(s) and if it would make things simpler if this were part of the new project request, rather than having them file another ticket?
