It really depends on what your interests are. The tasks that each Fedora
team carry out have varying levels of complexity and require different
tools. For instance, the infrastructure team will require working on our
remote servers, using ansible and deploying applications, using python
etc. On the other hand, the design team will require one to use tools
such as Gimp and Inkscape. 

What kind of tools would you like to learn? I'll be able to point you to
a specific team if I knew.
