Hi,

I've put forward a plan here that needs your feedback. Please take a
minute to go through it and comment with what you think.

The general idea is that instead of newcomers being sent off to read
documentation on how to contribute when they start, we first make them
part of the community by helping them get to know the people of Fedora.

Once they've met us, hung out, got to know everyone, they can slowly
begin to learn more about how Fedora runs and then join teams and so on.

I think this is a better model because Fedora is first the people, and
then the work/OS/whatever it is we do. The work can change, it often
does, but the people remain.
