Hello. Yes, this is a new experiment. If you like, we could file a ticket on fedora-welcome, and give you temporary membership in order to edit the wiki. We can follow you in your journey to becoma an actvie contributor. As you have seen, the wiki, nowadays, is more a whiteboard than a source of informatiosn; docs should go to docs.fedoraproject.org So, if you are committed to join the docs team, but in the meanwhile you would like to learn more and at same time get your hands on the wiki, fedora-welcome could be the right path :-) Let us know.
