Hello Oscar! Welcome! There is no problem with the time. I think that contributing also means to stay around, to spot also little bugs (not only in software, but also a broken link on a website, a typo in a document, chat on IRC or write your opinion in a mailing list etc.) So, also a bit of minutes in a week is good :-) There is no need to do big things. Then, maybe in the future, when you will be more confident with all that stuff that let Fedora alive, you will find something bigger. It is a slow walk. So. First thing: if you haven't already it, create a FAS account [1]. Then, stay in touch with us: if you have any questions, let us know.
