Hi I have a problem with my HP Smart Array 642 card. The kernel doesn't seem to recognize the card. I have even installed the driver/module with "modprobe cciss" and can not seem to seen any of the hard drives or the controller. I am using kernel 2.6.23.1-42.fc8 on a HP XW9300 Workstation with Fedora Core 8
