Unfortunately not.
The patches to make livecd-tools work on PowerPC were submitted some
time ago, but the PS3 isn't a good target -- you need a sensible amount
of memory, and the PS3 just doesn't have that.
Oh wait a minute. The OP is asking about running Fedora Live CD and not
livecd-tools on PPC. Fedora 7 has support for PS3 and the live cd is
expected to work.
