Seth Vidal on IRC commented that urlgrabber would serve the same purpose

Excludes are processed second, so that's not really very surprising.
I'm not sure if there's really a way from livecd-creator that we can do
anything about it. pykickstart could potentially handle it better --
clumens isn't on this list, though, so filing a bug against pykickstart
would be the best way there
