I'm not sure what's going on here. Prior to resending it I tested it by
sending the mail to myself, and it worked.
The version of mailman on redhat.com is ancient & buggy, breaking if you
send patches with git.

This patch only seems to have the chroot-creator CLI tool, and not the
corresponding ChrootCreator class
