This problem occurs, of course, because of a bug in Anaconda
(anaconda-11.3.0.50-2):
This isn't a bug in Anaconda. This is because loading the guest policy
on the host system while installing packages into the chroot causes
problems. Workaround is to set SELinux at permissive state when creating
