I am working on the thincrust project, thincrust.org, developing tools and best practices around building appliances. I would like to start the discussion around a Fedora spin for software appliances. We have been calling this concept the "AOS" or appliance operating system, which is similar what others call a "JeOS," or just enough operating system. The beginning to what we have is a minimal kickstart available here: http://git.et.redhat.com/?p=aos.git;a=tree;f=kickstarts;h=419585b6a0597fb3b76849b041fcee1839897a73;hb=HEAD I am looking for thoughts on this, and wanted to see if this is somthing that could be discuss at the spin meeting.
