http://sourceforge.net/svn/?group_id=202880 Use what is in mingw-w64/trunk/ Build target for binutils/GCC is (confusingly) x86_64-pc-mingw32. Binutils and GCC patches are all in upstream. W32API and runtime are in the subversion repo. Everything is public domain (as with MinGW) except for a few DirectX headers which come from Wine and are LGPLv2+. Look at their build script (mingw-w64-doc/howto-build/mingw-w64-howto-build.txt in SVN and experimental/buildsystem/makebuildroot.sh) to see how they build it.
