With qt-4.5.0 final release today, QtSoftware has implemented the
planned licensing change to include LGPLv2. In practical fedora
packaging/license terms, qt went from
License: GPLv3 with exceptions or GPLv2 with exceptions
to
License: GPLv3 with exceptions or LGPLv2 with exceptions
which is more permissive.

virt-top is 'top' for virtual machines. Tiny program with many
powerful monitoring features, net stats, disk stats, logging, etc.
