It fixes the following bugs: - Fix iscsistart uid check regression where iscsistart would always fail because it could not check permissions. - Contains fixes for IPv6 documentation. - Contains fixes for the iscsiadm iface update command. The "iscsiadm -m iface --op=update -I myface -n name -v value" command was updating all records instead of just the ones with iface name myface. - Fixes iface update node.
