-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2007-2903 2007-11-06 16:16:06.635270 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : perl-SQL-Translator Product : Fedora 8 Version : 0.08001 Release : 2.fc8 URL : http://search.cpan.org/dist/SQL-Translator/ Summary : Manipulate structured data definitions (SQL and more) Description : SQL::Translator is a group of Perl modules that converts vendor-specific SQL table definitions into other formats, such as other vendor-specific SQL, ER diagrams, documentation (POD and HTML), XML, and Class::DBI classes. The main focus of SQL::Translator is SQL, but parsers exist for other structured data formats, including Excel spreadsheets and arbitrarily delimited text files. Through the separation of the code into parsers and producers with an object model in between, it’s possible to combine any parser with any producer, to plug in custom parsers or producers, or to manipulate the parsed data via the built-in object model. Presently only the definition parts of SQL are handled (CREATE, ALTER), not the manipulation of data (INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: New package. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updated packages: 5fe903889f71da587e7a30066236d9da52efe2ef perl-SQL-Translator-0.08001-2.fc8.noarch.rpm 93a13960190eb63f778abcc238226a23d5b3c586 perl-SQL-Translator-0.08001-2.fc8.src.rpm This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.
