Update Information:

This update corrects an error in the default configuration which created a
mismatch between the pam_oddjob_mkhomedir.so module's expectations and what was
in fact provided by the oddjobd service.

- when we install the mkhomedir subpackage, if there's a running oddjobd, ask
  it to reload its configuration
