Update to 2.11.1    * The arithmetic operations on Boolean, Byte and Short now
behave correctly when an overflow occurs.  * The compiler message displayed when
there is a syntax error in a FOR...NEXT loop is correct now.  * The GridView now
stretched its last column correctly.  * The GridView cell padding has been
fixed.     Fixes from 2.11.0    * The Balloon is displayed properly again.  *
The autotools packager now correctly handle projects having spaces in their
directory.  * The last column of a GridView is correctly stretched when its
width is explicitely set now.  * Serial port devices are now watched for
reading, not for writing, so that the callback are not called permanently.
The development environmental project property dialog now lists components
