-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2009-2922 2009-03-23 15:16:08 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : papyrus Product : Fedora 9 Version : 0.11.0 Release : 1.fc9 URL : http://libpapyrus.sourceforge.net/ Summary : Cairo based C++ scenegraph library Description : Cairo based C++ scenegraph library -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: Like most releases this release contains a little of everything... a few new features... some new optimizations... some bug fixes. In the new features category are the freeze()/thaw() methods added to Drawable. You can try them out in the demo which includes an example. In coordination with the introduction of the freeze()/thaw() methods the boolean redraw parameter on all the Drawable affine transform methods has been removed. Rather than adding this parameter per function call, you can now enclose a group of function calls with a freeze/thaw pair. In the bug fix category there are a number of items submitted by Tim Niemueller. These include a fix that prevented the Canvas from drawing it's background and several instances of invalid list iterators in Drawable's external matrices that caused segfaults. In the area of optimizations Drawable now handles external matrix changed signals through a reference counted system rather than the older one-connection-per-added-matrix. This should improve things if a matrix is added multiple times to a drawable at the same or different levels. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Wed Mar 18 2009 Rick L Vinyard Jr <[email protected]> - 0.11.0-1 - New release * Fri Mar 6 2009 Rick L Vinyard Jr <[email protected]> - 0.10.2-1 - New release * Thu Mar 5 2009 Rick L Vinyard Jr <[email protected]> - 0.10.1-1 - New release * Mon Mar 2 2009 Rick L Vinyard Jr <[email protected]> - 0.10.0-2 - Changed papyrus-gtkmm dependency from papyrus to papyrus-extras - Changed Sourceforge url to downloads.sf.net from download.sf.net - Added -p to doc installs * Fri Feb 6 2009 Rick L Vinyard Jr <[email protected]> - 0.10.0-1 - New release - Added new dependencies on glibmm and libxml++ for new release - Added devhelp install in -devel package * Fri Feb 6 2009 Rick L Vinyard Jr <[email protected]> - 0.9.0-1 - New release - Added --enable-demos --enable-papyrus-gtkmm --enable-papyrus-extras - Fix unowned /usr/include/papyrus-RELEASE directory * Thu Jan 15 2009 Rick L Vinyard Jr <[email protected]> - 0.8.1-1 - New release fixes pkgconfig files * Tue Jan 13 2009 Rick L Vinyard Jr <[email protected]> - 0.8.0-1 - New release * Mon Jan 5 2009 Rick L Vinyard Jr <[email protected]> - 0.7.91-1 - New release * Fri Jan 2 2009 Rick L Vinyard Jr <[email protected]> - 0.7.90-1 - New release * Thu Jan 1 2009 Tim Niemueller <[email protected]> - 0.7.1-6 - Make all dtors virtual to fix compile warnings (errors with -Wall -Werror) * Sun Dec 21 2008 Tim Niemueller <[email protected]> - 0.7.1-5 - Header fixes for F-10 - Drawing fixes (invalid use of std::valarray) * Sun Sep 21 2008 Ville Skyttä <ville.skytta at iki.fi> - 0.7.1-4 - Fix Patch0:/%patch mismatch. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.
