You say you ran it on the binary rpm, which seems to imply that you ran something like: rpmlint aplus-fsf-4.20.2-4.fc5.i386.rpm which is not what I'm talking about. I'm saying to install that package and its dependencies, and then to run rpmlint aplus-fsf which will check the installed package.
