Sorry for the delay. Turns out also that the previous patch didn't run but the
problem didn't show up because gnome caches stuff.

Regardless of whether you installed 0.9.12-3 or 0.9.12-4, you'll need to do
this in order for the newly installed menu items to show up:

$ rm -rf ~/.local/share/gnome-main-menu/
