I just wasn't aware that running a make dist from the 0.11.2 branch was producing something different than what upstream put on their FTP servers; their SVN branch just isn't what was used to make that tarball. Not a biggie, I will just replace with upstream's official release and retest. For the AUTHORS file then, I would call iconv in the spec file... at which point?
