This is not the latest version, 5.0.2 has recently been published and I'm
testing builds with it.

The hardcoded lib are a wrong positive from rpmlint. Is this what you refer to
with "some paths are not replaced with RPM macros"?

"QT environment variable are not sourced": There is no need to do so, qt-devel
takes care of that.

debuginfo: Why shouldn't it contain source files? I'm no debuginfo expert/user,
but it seems that this is what find-debuginfo.sh wants to place in debuginfo.

On legal/patent issues: I tried to contact upstream, as some people claim that
the algorithms used are also patented, but there was no response yet. Previous
releases contained a list of functions containing patented material, now that
list is gone.
