Yes, this a known problem with some earlier g++ 4.x versions. It is triggered
when both optimization and debug information are requested (e.g., -O2 -g).
Removing -g from the compilation flags should be harmless since it only affects
the XSD compiler itself (i.e., there won't be any debug information in the
compiler binary). Since the runtime library is header-only, the user
applications that use the generated code won't be affected.
