I believe there is a newer upstream package by now, which moves all the plugins into a private directory under /usr/lib{64}/sblim-sfcb/ or similar, so the plugins aren't littering /usr/lib{64} directly. The cim-schema package just got approved, so I'll build that shortly. That package review was blocking this package review. So now is the time to get moving on this one again.
