So I will close this bug as CLOSED NEXTRELEASE. Now libtcd, tcd-utils, xtide and tideEditor are all imported into Fedora Extras. Patrice and Michael, thank you for reviewing and approving xtide related packages with a lot of helpful suggestion. David, thank you for joining this discussion and repackaging and improving upstream tarball. Again, thank you for helping me with xtide related packages!!
