It must be possible for users to edit the list and have it > survive package upgrades. I'd suggest a directory (say /etc/nspluginwrapper/plugins.d) that contains one file for each plugin. This would make it so much easier to sensibly ship plugins in their own packages, i.e. they only have to include an appropriate file, call the wrapper install utility and are set.
