There is one pending change to the noarch template which you will need to add as well, which is a runtime dependency on R: Requires: R rpmlint does have some complaints, but they are both bogus and explained in the guidelines: W: R-widgetTools one-line-command-in-%post /usr/lib/rpm/R-make-search-index.sh W: R-widgetTools one-line-command-in-%postun /usr/lib/rpm/R-make-search-index.sh Really, that's about it, so I'll trust you to add that dependency when you check in.
