Turns out it was not included by any C++ base class so no user should need it. File version.h has been completely removed in the upstream sources. The function declared in this header file was not called from any place. explict requirement of cfitsio removed. build requirement of cfitsio-devel remains. File name of icon file fixed. change to recommended defattr HippoDraw-devel-docs contains documentation for the class library.
