There is a discussion it should hold the approval. Remember, please, that there is community in Fedora. What happens if the dhcp and the ltsp-dhcp services are started simultaneously? In my opinion, this is plain wrong to have ltsp-dhcpd.conf used without user edition. It is an example file, it is not an out-of-the-box install.
