My builder is has 2xQuad core 3.0GHz Xeons and 16GB of RAM, and everything is building in tmpfs so there is essentially no IO overhead. Maybe that's what's going on. Everything looks good to me now, except that the mogstored-backend-perlbal package won't install because there's no package named "perlbal". I think the actual package is capitalized ("Perlbal"). That's a trivial fix, though; you can take care of it when you check in.
