I've updated the fedora hosted site to clarify the naming contention. In that effort I went looking, and as it turns out there are at least 2 more projects (hosted on sourceforge) that make use of some variant of this name :). At any rate, I've added a paragraph to the hosted site to make a point of relating this package to the hosted project. Regarding your suggestions, you're right the man page is well out of date.
