Until the newer version is available in the buildroot you won't be able to use the pkg-config improvement, so the default one will be fine. So I'm fine with the release in #c7 @Michael as soon as Richard is sponsored and cvs for disktype is created - I might build libewf and ask rel-eng to tag them as f9-final.
