Description: 
1. Version bumped to 1.8.1.

2. There is a minor problem with the spec file: At this time, the %install step
requires the export QA_RPATHS="0x0001", otherwise the %install step fails.  I
don't know much about the internals of RPATHs. Probably before release the
QA_RPATHS would need to be fixed (I don't know how at this time).
